Emma is Casey's beloved 3 year old yellow lab and the inspiration behind Emma's Ale House. Highly intelligent and super friendly, Emma, the daughter of Misty and Joe, was adopted from a kennel in North Carolina 2 years ago. She has brought much love and joy to the Egan family and was later followed by her little sister Morgan 1 year later. Beautiful black and white portraits of both Emma and Morgan grace the walls at Emma's Ale House. Check them out on your next visit. Woof.  

Casey Egan is a life-long resident of White Plains. A graduate of Archbishop Stepanic High School and the University of Maryland, Casey previously worked in the dot com arena and newspaper advertising before spending the past 7 years in the restaurant world. His goal has always been to own and operate his own business. Emma's Ale House is the product of that goal. Casey is a hands-on entrepreneur who can be found many nights at Emma's which has quickly become a neighborhood favorite.
